ABOUT
Born 31 October 1990 and living in Kanagawa, Sanosuke Sakuma drew from an early age and led the manga club through both high school and college.
She works digitally in Photoshop, aiming for cute characters and a warm atmosphere built on a consistent palette and a soft drawing style — though she also experiments with anime, impasto and watercolour approaches. Her first cards appeared in Shiny Collection in 2013.
Her Pokémon work extends well past the TCG: she was a character designer on Sun and Moon and Sword and Shield, designing several Trainer classes, and has contributed to Pokémon UNITE, merchandise and the Pokémon Horizons animation. Earlier she drew for the Force of Will, Cardfight Vanguard and Digimon card games.
Her favourite Pokémon are Keldeo and Quaquaval.
